Skipping rope = This exercise just require one equipments. Skipping ropes can give you amazing results. It helps you to burn 500 calories in just 30 minutes, strengthen your muscle. As a beginner start with 5 minutes and gradually increase the time day by day.
Pushups = Pushups are one of the best exercise to burn fat and helps in whole body muscle toning. If you can’t do pushups as a beginner then start with half pushups.
Squats = This exercise you just cannot miss if you want to improve the loss of calories. First day it may cause pain in your legs after workout, however they can be the ultimate fat burners.
